Frequently asked questions
How is a courier job priced?
Each job is quoted before it is booked: a fixed price for the distance it travels loaded, the van it needs, how soon it has to happen, and any extra stops or waiting. Nothing is charged until you accept.
Same day or booked ahead?
Either. Same-day jobs are taken where a driver and van are free, and carry a same-day premium, included in the quote. Booking ahead lets us hold a time window for you.
Can one run have several stops?
Yes. Give us every collection and drop when you book and we plan them as one run, which works out better than booking each separately.
What if I need a driver and van for longer?
Book a driver and van by the hour, with a two-hour minimum. It suits a string of collections, a small move or a day of drops, and you can add an extra pair of hands.
How far do you go?
We are based in West London and cover the whole of London inside the M25, and the rest of the UK beyond it. Tell us where the job is and we will plan the run.
Who actually drives?
Our own drivers, in our own vans. The courier service is run in house rather than subcontracted, so a parcel gets the same care as a passenger.
Is this the same as hiring a van from you?
No. Here our driver carries the goods for you. If you would rather drive yourself, that is van hire for business.
Do you deliver rental vehicles?
Yes. Our drivers can deliver any vehicle you rent from us and collect it at the end, for a flat £30 covering both ends. Tick it next to your dates on the vehicle's page, or at checkout.
