Pre-booked journeys to and from every London airport, at a fixed, all-inclusive price agreed before you book. Choose the journey that fits your trip.
Three ways to book
- Inbound. Landing in London: we meet you at the terminal and drive you home.
- Outbound. Flying out: collected from your door and dropped at departures.
- Return. Book both dates together, out and back, and save.

Chauffeur for the day
One driver, yours all day.
A pre-booked service that puts one of MEJE's specialist chauffeurs at your disposal for the day. Every stop and the waiting between them are part of it, so the day runs on your schedule, not ours.
What it covers
- Up to eight hours, including multiple stops and longer waits
- Meetings, collections, errands and the journey home
- The same driver for the whole booking

- Need longer than eight hours? It can be arranged, at an additional charge
- Not the whole day? Shorter bookings have a two-hour minimum

We collect what you choose and deliver it, door to door, with our own drivers and vans. Never subcontracted, so a parcel gets the same care as a passenger.

Frequently asked questions
How is a concierge job priced?
Each job is quoted before it is booked: a fixed price for what you have asked for, which you accept online. Nothing is charged until you accept.
What if my flight is late?
We track your flight, so your pickup moves with your landing time at no cost. You do not need to call us.
How long will the driver wait?
There is a 30-minute grace period at the pickup, whether that is your door or the airport, and it covers an unplanned stop on the way too. After that, waiting charges apply.
Is the congestion charge included?
It applies to journeys into central London during its charging hours, weekdays 07:00 to 18:00 and weekends and bank holidays 12:00 to 18:00, and when it applies it is included in your quote.
Do late-night or same-day bookings cost more?
Journeys between 22:00 and 07:00, and on bank holidays, carry a night rate, and same-day bookings carry a premium. Both are included in the price we quote you.
How long is a chauffeur for the day?
Up to eight hours, including every stop and the waiting between them. If you need longer it can be arranged, at an additional charge. Shorter bookings have a two-hour minimum.

Our base is West London and we work across London and beyond the M25, nationally for courier and removals. Tell us where the job is when you book.
