Discretion
We contact you about your booking, and about nothing else.
Every job is run by our own vetted drivers rather than subcontracted, and what they see is not discussed outside it. Close your account and your name, contact details and saved addresses are erased; only the anonymised records tax law requires survive, and none of them identifies you.
Premium
Inspected, cleaned, and its condition agreed in writing.
Every vehicle is prepared and inspected before it goes out. We walk it with you and photograph it before you drive away, so its condition is agreed rather than assumed, and nothing can be attributed to you later that was not there at the start.
Safety
Every driver checked, every vehicle inspected, every time.
Our drivers are vetted and licensed. On a rental only drivers named on the booking may drive: each 21 or over, with a full licence held for at least a year and no more than six penalty points.
Reliable
Confirmed the moment your deposit clears, in writing.
Availability on the site is the real availability, so a booked date cannot be chosen. Your confirmation carries the vehicle, both dates, the term and a reference you can quote. Enquiries are answered within one business day.
Convenient
Booked in minutes, with no account, delivered if you want it.
Booking as a guest needs a name, an email and a phone number. Delivery and collection by our own drivers is a flat £30, and part weeks are charged pro rata, so you pay for the days you actually keep it.
